Oh My

This lovely abstract acrylic and collage painting is made with hand made papers.  When I am in a slump, I just make papers for a couple of days.  Then, when my muse is with me, we arrange them and create a work of art.

Successes at PVW St. Andrews Show

I am honored to be part of the Potomac Valley Watercolorists.  It is a great group of artists who hold an annual art exhibit each year at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church.  This year 46 artists hung about 200 pieces of art, and had bin pieces and cards for sale.  The show was well attended and a success thanks to the help of many artist workers under the direction of our fearless show host, Sharie Boyle.

Thank you to Tracy Budd for awarding an honorable mention to my painting, "Moonglow Falls."
My painting, "Birds of a Feather," and several of my cards found forever homes.

Treescape in it's newhome.

It was a special treat to see where my new patrons, LeAnne and Bert S., put their Treescape painting.  Even more so was to assist a little bit in the hanging and to enjoy their beautiful penthouse condo.  The views were spectacular.
